2026 Digital Diagnostic Summit FAQ

By August 25, 2026September 4th, 2026No Comments

The 2026 Digital Diagnostic Summit begins Wednesday, August 26, at the St Regis Resort in Park City, Utah! This exclusive conference focuses on “Mapping Diagnostic Innovation to Patient Impact”.

Together, we’ll hear real digital pathology stories from digital pathology champions, pioneers, and innovators about their struggles, triumphs, and learnings. And, on the final day of the Summit, participants will participate in  an off-site, hands-on workshop showcasing real digital pathology tools in action. It’s a can’t-miss experience!

We compiled a list of the most frequently asked questions about the Summit here. If you have any additional questions not covered in this FAQ, email the event coordinator at ddxsummit@lumeadx.com.

Digital Diagnostic Summit FAQ

How do I get to the St. Regis or Silver Baron?

St. Regis is approximately 50 minutes from the SLC International Airport. We recommend using a rideshare service to get to the conference. If you’d like to carpool, go to the community section on your Whova app, then look for the purple icon. You can make a post there if you’re looking for or offering a ride.

If you’d like to schedule a car service, we recommend contacting Snow Country Limo at 435-714-0519.

Please note that there are two entrances to the St. Regis: an upper and a lower.

Upper St. Regis Entrance

To arrive at the upper entrance to the St. Regis, use this address: 2300 W Deer Creek Estates Dr Park City, UT 84060.

The entrance will take you through Deer Crest Gatehouse—a gated community on a private road. The gatehouse will have a list of all registered and incoming guests.  During non-business hours, there is a call button. Once through the gate, continue to go straight, and then at the stop sign, turn left onto Deer Crest Estates Drive. The hotel will be on the right.

Lower St. Regis Entrance & Funicular

If you are arriving at the lower entrance to the St Regis (from Park City), you will then ride the funicular to the hotel. The entrance to the funicular is on the second floor  and there are two funiculars that run every 5 minutes. The funicular will take you to the second floor of the hotel. Enter the hotel and go to the registration desk on the first floor.

If you have arrived at the St Regis via rideshare, please arrange pickup at the same location—the base of the hotel—to return to the airport. Rideshare pickup is not available at the top of the resort.

Silver Baron Lodge

The Silver Baron Lodge is located at 2880 Deer Valley Drive East, Park City, UT 84060. If you are staying here, you are only a short walk from the lower entrance to the St. Regis and funicular.

Daytime Parking for DDx Summit

If you would like to drive your own vehicle to the DDx Summit, daytime parking is available at the Deer Valley parking lot at the lower entrance to St. Regis, the address is: 2300 Deer Valley Dr E, Park City, UT 84060

If you are parking a vehicle you are welcome to park anywhere in the main lot. Overnight parking is not allowed.

Parking at the St. Regis Resort

If your room is registered at the St. Regis and you’d like to park your own car at the resort, you’re welcome to arrive at either the upper entrance or the lower entrance.

Please note that only valet parking is available and the cost is $65/night.

What is the registration cancellation policy?

All hotel rooms, meals, excursions, and conference admissions have been prepaid. Due to the nature of the event, registration cancellation is not allowed. If you are no longer able to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person. Any changes need to be communicated asap via email to ddxsummit@lumeadxcom

What is my excursion, and how do I prepare?

You should have received a message with details about your excursion via email. You’ll also get notifications within the Whova app letting you know when your event is happening and where to go.

What is the dress code?

The dress code for all general sessions is business casual, except for the reception on Wednesday night. We’re going full Western, so you’re invited to dress on theme with us and bring out your best denim, boots, belt buckles, hats, and bandanas. All dinners and fireside panels are casual dress.

When is check-in?

You can check in for the Summit at the hotel lobby between 3:00 – 5:30 pm on Wednesday, August 26, or Thursday morning outside the Astor Ballroom at 7:00 am during breakfast.

What if I have special dietary needs?

Meals will be served buffet style, and there will be a variety of options for vegan, vegetarian, lactose-intolerant, and gluten-free meals. If you have dietary restrictions beyond those mentioned, reach out to ddxsummit@lumeadx.com.
